Every iPad we sell is professionally refurbished: fully tested, cleaned, and restored to good working order, then graded for cosmetic condition.
What do the condition grades mean?
The grade describes appearance only. Every device is fully tested and in full working order whatever its grade.
- A+ Pristine - like new, with no signs of wear.
- A Excellent - little or minor signs of wear.
- B Good - moderate signs of wear across the device.
- C Average - heavier signs of wear, and the best value of the four.

What’s in the box?
Your iPad arrives in iOutlet packaging. Included cables and accessories vary by listing, so check the product page - you can add chargers and accessories at checkout.
What is the difference between Wi-Fi and cellular models?
Wi-Fi iPads have no SIM tray and connect over Wi-Fi only. Cellular (Wi-Fi + Cellular) iPads take a SIM or eSIM, and are network unlocked unless a listing says otherwise. See Unlocking & device locks for more.
