What battery health will my refurbished iPad have?

Your iPad battery is checked before dispatch. Here’s how to check it and keep it healthy.

How do I check my iPad battery health?

It depends on the model. iPad Air (M2), iPad Pro (M4) and later show Settings → Battery → Battery Health with maximum capacity and a charge-cycle count. Older iPads show no health percentage anywhere: if one drains unusually fast after a full charge, check Settings → Battery for a heavy app, and contact us if you think there is a fault.

What is your iPad battery guarantee?

Every iPad we sell has battery health of at least 80% of its original capacity. If yours arrived below 80%, contact us and we will sort it out under your 12-month warranty.

How do I look after my iPad battery?

  • Avoid extreme heat and very long full discharges.
  • Use a good-quality charger.
  • Turn on optimised/adaptive charging if available.
  • Keep software up to date.
