- Deactivate this console and sign out: PlayStation — turn off as your primary console (or deactivate all devices in your account); Xbox — remove it as your Home Xbox and sign out; Nintendo Switch — deregister it / use System Transfer to move your account off.
- Factory reset the console, and remove any discs or game cards.
