No Display Despite Charging

If there is no display despite charging, please check the following;

  1. Ensure the Magnetic Charging cable is connected all the way into the wall plug and the plug is all the way into the wall socket
  2. Remove any plastic covering from either side of the charger
  3. Check to make sure there is no dirt or debris on either the charger face or the connector on the back of the watch
  4. Once it has been positioned on to the charger, a green or red lightening symbol should appear
  5. If it doesn’t appear, try a force restart. Press and hold the side button and the Digital Crown for 10 seconds and the Apple logo should appear
