Nintendo Switch 2 Competition Terms & Conditions

1.Promoter

The promoter is The iOutlet, registered in England & Wales as James Green Ltd t/a The iOutlet ,Company Number 8437263, whose registered office is Unit 37a Sisna Park, Sisna Park Road, PL6 7FH (“The Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 13 or over.
• Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission to enter from a parent or legal guardian and, if selected as the winner, to receive the prize.
• Employees of The iOutlet, agents or affiliates are not eligible.
• Internet access and a valid social-media account (Facebook, Instagram) are required.
• Only one entry per person per platform. Multiple entries may be disqualified.

3. How to Enter To enter, participants must:

1. Like / Follow The iOutlet’s official account on the platform where they enter. Facebook and Instagram in this instance.
2. Like the competition post.
3. Tag three friends in the comments of the competition post.
4. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Competition Period

• The competition opens at 12:00 BST on 7/11/2025 and closes at 23:59 BST on 21/11/2025 (subject to change).
• Entries made after the closing date will not be counted.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a Nintendo Switch 2 console.
• The prize is refurbished and supplied by The iOutlet.
• No cash or credit alternative is available.
• The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date.
• The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter (Facebook, Instagram or TikTok) from the official The iOutlet account only
• The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and a new winner may be drawn.
• The winner’s name and county may be published on The iOutlet’s social-media channels and website subject to consent.

7. Prize Delivery

• The prize will be dispatched to the winner’s UK address within 14 days of confirmation.
• Delivery is free of charge and sent via tracked courier.

8. Platform Disclaimer

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Nintendo, or Meta Platforms Inc.
• By entering, participants agree to release these platforms from any liability related to this competition.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and The iOutlet’s Privacy Policy (https://www.theioutlet.com/privacy-policy).
• Data will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and fulfilling the prize.
• No data will be sold or shared with third parties.

10. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary.
• Entries that use offensive, inappropriate, or spam content will be disqualified.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
