2. Prepare your device

1. Back up anything you want to keep.
2. Sign out of all accounts and remove locks — see Unlocking & device locks. We can’t complete a sale on a device that’s still locked.
3. Erase the device and remove your SIM and any case.

For your Gaming specifically:

• Deactivate this console and sign out: PlayStation — turn off as your primary console (or deactivate all devices in your account); Xbox — remove it as your Home Xbox and sign out; Nintendo Switch — deregister it / use System Transfer to move your account off.
• Factory reset the console, and remove any discs or game cards.

3. Send it in & get paid

Send your Gaming using the instructions provided and keep your proof of postage. We pay once it’s inspected.
