Welcome to your refurbished Gaming. Here’s how to get up and running.
First-time setup
- Charge the Gaming before first use.
- Power on and choose your language and region.
- Connect to Wi-Fi.
- Sign in with your account (or create one), then choose to restore from a backup or set up as new.
- Install any available software updates.
Account, updates & controller
Sign in or create your console account, install the latest system update, pair your controller, then download your library:
- PlayStation: sign in to PSN and set this as your Console Sharing and Offline Play (primary) console; restore licences if downloads won’t start.
- Xbox: sign in with your Microsoft account and set this as your Home Xbox to share games and Game Pass offline.
- Nintendo Switch: link your Nintendo Account, and use System Transfer to move your profile and saves from another Switch.
Tip: Turn on automatic updates and set up biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint) while you’re in setup.
