Start your return
- Visit our returns page or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll confirm the next steps and your returns label.
Before you send it back
- Back up your data.
- Sign out of all accounts and remove any locks — see Unlocking & device locks. We can’t process a return that’s still locked to an account.
- Erase the device and repackage it with all included accessories.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your Gaming. For the current returns window and refund timescales, see the returns page.
Faulty or wrong item?
If your Gaming arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us — it may be covered by your 12-month warranty.
