iPhone Loudspeaker Doesn’t Work
Support - Audio (Earpiece and Microphone)
- Check that the loudspeaker volume is up to the maximum.
- Check there is no debris in the speaker. Please use some tape to lift out any debris from the earpiece
- Check that the loudspeaker is available on a call. If not, it will need to come back for an Audio IC replacement. Please find returns information here.
The iPhone only has one loudspeaker. The other is microphone so to hear sound from one speaker is perfectly normal.
