These terms apply to the PS5 and GTA 6 giveaway run by The iOutlet (the “Giveaway”). By entering you agree to them, so please read them before you enter. Last updated 14 October 2026.
The iOutlet is a trading name of James Green Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 08437263 and registered office at Unit 37a Sisna Park Road, Plymouth, Devon, PL6 7FH. References to “we”, “us” and “our” are to James Green Limited. If you have a question about the Giveaway, email hello@theioutlet.com.
The Giveaway opens at 5:00pm (UK time) on 14 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on 12 November 2026. Entries made outside that period are not valid.

If you use a social media action to enter, you must use your own real, public account, not one created mainly to enter or one that only enters giveaways. You do not need a social media account to use the other ways of entering.
Employees of James Green Limited or any associated company, members of their households, and contractors or agencies who worked on the Giveaway, cannot enter. Bots, scripts, bulk entries and entering through giveaway or “comping” groups are not allowed and will be disqualified.
Entry is through Gleam, the giveaway platform we use. The ways to enter are listed on the Giveaway page on Gleam (the “Gleam page”), which forms part of these terms. They include following us and commenting on or watching our posts on Instagram and TikTok, subscribing to our mailing list, visiting pages on our website, adding a reminder to your calendar, telling us your Christmas wishlist, referring friends, and the trade-in bonus described in section 5.
Each way of entering earns the number of entries shown on the Gleam page, and some can be repeated as shown there. You do not have to complete every one. Gleam checks most entries automatically, and we may also check them. You may also enter other giveaways run by us or by associated companies. Each is a separate draw with its own terms, and winning one does not stop you winning another.
Referral entries only count for friends who are eligible to enter and who enter validly themselves. We will remove entries from fake, duplicate or self-referrals. Comments must be your own and must not be abusive or offensive.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Subscribing to our mailing list is optional, you give that consent separately, and you can enter in other ways instead. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of a technical failure.
You can earn bonus entries by placing a trade-in order on theioutlet.com during the Giveaway period. Placing a trade-in order is free and optional: you get a price for your device online, and you do not have to send your device to us or sell it. No purchase or trade-in is necessary to enter, and you can earn at least as many entries for free through the other ways of entering on the Gleam page.
You get the bonus entries once per person, when you place your first trade-in order during the Giveaway period. Placing more orders does not earn more entries. You keep the bonus entries whether or not you send your device, and even if the order is later cancelled. If you do send your device, we pay you for it under our trade-in terms, which are separate from the Giveaway.
We match your order to your Gleam entry using the email address you entered on Gleam. If we cannot match it, you can send us your order number through Gleam. We may remove bonus entries for an order placed with false details or with someone else’s details.
There is one prize, won by one winner. It is:
The prize is worth about £560 in total. The console carries the same warranty it would if we sold it on our website.
We will send the console as set out in section 10. We will provide the game to the winner within 14 days of its official UK release date. If the game has not been released by 31 January 2027, we may give the winner PlayStation Store credit equal to the price we paid for the game instead.
Apart from that, there is no cash or credit alternative, and the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with something of equal or greater value.
We will pick the winner at random on Friday 13 November 2026, from all valid entries, using Gleam’s random winner picker. Two members of our staff will do the draw, and we will screen-record it and keep the recording for 12 months. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being picked.
We will contact the winner by email, using the email address they gave on Gleam. The winner has 7 days to reply. If they do not reply, cannot accept the prize or do not pass our checks, we may pick a new winner in the same way.
Before we send the prize we will check the winner’s name and age (with ID), that their delivery address is in an eligible area, that their account is genuine and that they followed these terms.
We will only contact the winner by email from an @theioutlet.com address. We will not contact the winner by direct message on social media. We will never ask for payment, card details or bank details. If someone claiming to be us asks you for any of these, do not reply, and email hello@theioutlet.com.
We will announce the winner on our social media within 7 days of the draw. We will use only their first name and the initial of their surname. We would love a photo and a post from the winner, but that is not a condition of winning, and we will only publish a photo with their consent. For 3 months after the draw, you can email us to ask for the winner’s surname and county. The winner can object to us publishing or sharing their details. If they do, we will still give them to the Advertising Standards Authority if it asks.
We will send the console by free tracked courier to an address in the United Kingdom within 14 days of confirming the winner. The prize becomes the winner’s responsibility when it is delivered, on signature or proof of delivery.
If the winner gives us the wrong address or cannot receive the prize, we are not responsible for a failed delivery. We may charge for redelivery or withdraw the prize.
The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, run or administered by, or associated with, Instagram (Meta), TikTok or any other platform we use for the Giveaway, or with Sony Interactive Entertainment, or Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. By entering you release those companies from any liability connected to the Giveaway, and you must follow each platform’s own terms of use. PlayStation and Grand Theft Auto belong to their owners.
James Green Limited is responsible for your personal data. We collect your name, social media handle and email address, and the winner’s delivery address, to run the Giveaway, pick and contact the winner and deliver the prize. If you tell us your Christmas wishlist, we use your answer to run the Giveaway and to understand which products people are interested in, but we do not use it to send you marketing. Gleam collects your entry details when you enter, and handles them under its own privacy policy. If you earn trade-in bonus entries, we use your email address to check whether you placed a trade-in order.
We pass the winner’s details to our courier only to deliver the prize, and we do not sell your data. We keep entry data for 3 months after the draw, and the winner’s data for 12 months for our records. Entering does not sign you up to any marketing. You only receive marketing if you separately opt in to our mailing list.

We may disqualify any entry that breaks these terms, is fraudulent, abusive, offensive or spam, or tampers with the Giveaway or the entry process.
We may change, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond our control require it. We will post any change on the Gleam page.
We are not liable for any loss or damage connected to the Giveaway, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Our decision on all matters about the Giveaway is final, but this does not affect your legal rights. The Giveaway is run in line with the ASA’s CAP Code. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
James Green Limited is not a lender and acts only as an introducer. The credit product is provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ). Credit is only available to permanent UK residents aged 18 and over, depending on their status. Terms and conditions apply.
