Firstly we clean, inspect and cosmetically grade each device, we use a A-C grading criteria to help keep things simple and clear.

After cleaning and grading, the device is put into testing where our team of trained technicians will connect the phone to the industry leading Phone Check software.
This allows a comprehensive 60+ point check to be carried out in a matter of minutes. Once the phone has passed through testing its next step is determined by the test results.
Repairing the iPhone
If an iPhone fails for any reason, for example poor battery health or maybe a cracked screen, it will require some kind of repair. Our mobile technicians will correct any faults before returning the device for a re-test. Once we are completely happy with each phone it will be given a certificate of quality that will be attached to it right up until it’s received by the customer. This helps provide peace of mind and gives some useful information about the phone (such as current battery health) at a glance.
Polishing
Once an iPhone has passed the tests, it will move to a further cleaning and polishing stage before being put into stock ready for sale.
The most common types of refurbishment undertaken are screens, batteries and buttons, all of these parts are subjected to frequent use throughout a phones life cycle and therefore will often need replacing or repairing.
